No cookies, no tracking

Kollektiveordninger.dk sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect personal data when you visit the site.

If you close the notice saying that we do not use cookies, your browser stores only a local flag (localStorage) so that the notice is not shown again. The flag never leaves your browser and contains no personal data.

Hosting

The site is delivered as static pages via a content delivery network. For operational and security reasons, the hosting provider may briefly record technical information, for example IP addresses, in server logs. We do not use this information to identify visitors.

Enquiries by email

If you write to us at info@emballageindberetning.dk, we process the information you give us yourself (name, email address and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We delete the enquiry when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access to, rectification of and erasure of your personal data, and the right to object to our processing. Contact us at info@emballageindberetning.dk if you want to exercise your rights.

You can complain about our processing of personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

We update this policy when needed. Significant changes are announced on the site.

In case of any discrepancy between the Danish and English versions, the Danish version prevails.
